  Our reservation process is very simple. Select the desired city, enter the date of arrival and numbers of nights. Than click the 'GO' button.

  A list of hotels will appear on the screen. For more information about a hotel, click the hotel card. To select a hotel and room type simply click the Book it link next to your choice in each step. After you fill out all of the needed personal information, press the "Book hotel" button to book the room.

  For reservations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway your credit card number is only used as a guarantee. Your card is not charged when making a reservation in these countries, payment is handled at the hotel on arrival.

  Reservation in other countries require up-front payment with your credit card at the time of booking. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not "bumped" or "overbooked." Additional charges for phone calls, room service, and other services will be your responsibility at the time of check out as well. You will always receive information regarding this before you place a reservation.

  Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, HotellBooking.no use SSL to encrypt your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number and encodes them into a non-usable form before they travel over the Internet. This makes doing business over the Internet as secure as purchasing by telephone.

  There are a few possibilities:

  • Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.

  • The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.

  • There is a computer error.

  There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use our hotel reservation service or search engine.

• When will my reservation be at the hotel?

  Sweden, Denmark and Norway:

  Your name can be accessed by the hotel as soon as your reservation is placed.

  All other countries:

  Your name will not appear at the hotel until 72 hours before your arrival date. Rest assured, the room is booked; however, the hotel just does not know that you will be the person staying in it.

  When you are completing the secure Reservation Form, the Cancellation Policy will be provided.
